    Dishwasher - Parts Failure/Design Flaw

This dishwasher had some plastic pins that held the wheels on. Years of use and hot water caused these pins to wear and they would pop out causing wheels to fall off to bottom of washer and a chance to get melted by a bottom heating element. Something needed to be done to fix this.
  • Faucet - Hard to find parts

Faucet - Hard to find parts

Sometimes a household item that is only a few years old under normal use fails. Take for example a faucet cartridge that just gives up one day. There is nothing wrong with the overall faucet and it of course has been discontinued or parts are hard to find and expensive. The cost of replacing just the faucet alone is steep, not to mention if you can not find a design to match the rest of the bathroom accessories. A little plastic piece can cause a big headache, which should not be the case. Small parts can be quickly replicated even if they are broken and created so they fit like the original and you are back in business.
  • Automotive - 3rd Brake light replacement

Automotive - 3rd Brake light replacement

Replacing a OEM 3rd brake light with a aftermarket assembly gets a little tricky with brackets and mounts. By designing a adapter we could retrofit the new light on the OEM bracket to get the OEM look and fit.
  • Household - Baking spacers

    Household - Baking spacers

Making a cake with 28 cupcakes and make sure they do not move and evenly spaced would take some measuring and spacers. By creating a ring that had the correct outer diameter they can be glued to a board to make the needed design and allow them not to move during transport. We also made corner stands to allow the whole board to be covered in cling wrap before the event.
  • Marine - Solenoid parts

    Marine - Solenoid parts

With over 20 years of service, this marine solenoid that runs an electric boats motor started falling apart. The plastic spacers that separate the contacts started to disintegrate due to age and heat. These parts were no longer available and purchasing a new drive system was thousands of dollars. By recreating this design and pieces we were able to bring this unit back from the dead and get it back in service.

    Special Order - Educational

A teacher contacted us and needed some teaching aides for a new student that had a vision impairment. She had already located the print files and was looking for a place to have them printed for her new student. We worked with her to get the cost per item and she asked for a few sets of each.
